Route to Everest Base Camp Trek

• Kathmandu to Lukla: Begin with a thrilling flight from Kathmandu to Lukla, the gateway to Everest.
• The Trek: Trek from Lukla to Phakding, then ascend through Namche Bazaar, Tengboche, Dingboche, and Lobuche before reaching Gorak Shep and Everest Base Camp. A sunrise hike to Kala Patthar offers breathtaking Everest views.
• Descent and Return: Retrace your steps through Pheriche and Namche to Lukla, then fly back to Kathmandu.

• In Kathmandu, we provide comfortable accommodation in 3-star hotels with breakfast on a twin-sharing basis.

• Trekking from Lukla (2,860m) to higher altitudes, we ensure proper acclimatization with rest days in Namche Bazaar (3,440m) and Dingboche (4,410m) to adapt to the altitude.

Meals on the Everest Base Camp Trek

• Breakfast: Porridge, eggs with toast, pancakes, Tibetan bread, or rice and noodle dishes, with hot tea or coffee.
• Lunch: Thukpa (Tibetan soup), Nepali Dal Bhat (vegetable curry and rice), fried rice, noodles, and momos.
• Dinner: Similar to lunch, with additional dessert options like apple pie, rice pudding, or custard pudding.
